Web: Public Radio KGUA

COVID lockdowns began with confusion. A public radio station on the Mendocino Coast went out of their way to keep their communities informed.

The KGUA communities website kept the region constantly informed on the current status of the region — starting with infection and death rates, which restaurants were open for take out, which were closed, which had outside dining. It evolved into testing availability and vaccination locations, and has continued to communicate with its listeners as the waves have shifted.
